Asset Insight Manager (AIM) is an end to end asset management and compliance monitoring solution empowering your business to capture, monitor, analyses and segment key data, providing and integrating real insight into assets performance and condition.

AIM allows businesses to make informed decisions based on real insights on all aspects of an assets performance including life cycle, maintenance regimes and capital investment

The AIM condition monitors allow access to real time data, identifying risks and problem areas so corrective action can be taken without delay reducing the costs and other implications of unplanned downtime and business continuity disruption.

And with the rise in prosecutions for health and safety breaches the compliance monitoring aspect of the AIM system ensures that you stay within regulations.

Bespoke advanced reporting dashboard’s provide full visibility of all buildings, systems and assets, customised to show the performance metrics most critical to your business, and the system integration ability enables AIM to link data feeds from BMS and energy management systems. This provides  consolidated performance dashboards which can be personalised for each user based on their individual responsibilities and key drivers.

The AIM system uses our sensors fitted directly to the asset to record power, temperature, vibration and acoustics which are compared to baseline readings.

Any variations are picked up and instant alerts are sent from your critical assets to engineer’s smartphones to give them mobile access to all the information they need to make repairs quickly and efficiently before failure occurs.

ASSETS

Holistic asset management module that allows the tracking of an assets performance, condition, demands vs capacities, work order history (Planned & Reactive) and its estimated year of replacement and budget costs.

RISK

Enables users to identify, track and mitigate risks for business continuity and Health & Safety, the risk module providers a visualisation in the form of heat maps for both pre and post risk mitigation. Included in the risk module pre-defined risk mitigation types such as developing a SOP, maintenance action or capex replacement plan as the risk mitigation.

Reliability

Within the application we have a reliability block diagram module which automatically draws a visualisation of the levels of redundancy of the assets based on the asset data we collect and import in to the system. These visualisations quickly help the user see where the single points of failure are within their critical systems

FMEA

have developed our own reliability module based on the RCM process. Within the module we have a Failure Modes Effect Analysis template which can be pre populated for over 400 asset types identifying the typical failure modes and core/none core impacts along with the typical mitigation methods for each failure mode. These templates can then be updated based on the assets own operating context and environment.

CBM

Our AH21 condition monitors provide onsite engineers with data to monitor the health of assets  and the solution monitors asset vibration, temperature, power and acoustics from an intuitive customised dashboard to predict and prevent breakdowns. The consolidated data allows the charity to make informed decisions regarding maintenance regimes, life-cycle replacement and capital investment. You will be able to intelligently deploy engineers and focus on under-performing assets to prevent failure and respond immediately in critical environments before they impact the business.

Capacity

Our integrated  DCIM module allows users to fully manage all aspects of their data centers infrastructure allowing management of IT equipment from room level right down to cabinet U level, the module provides data hall visualisation including mapping power consumption at cabinet level.
